Ankr to support BNB Staking for Binance Smart Chain Testnet

Ankr Network, the leading blockchain-powered firm leveraging infrastructural interface for payment settlement, has announced to support deployment for Binance Smart Chain Testnet Validators and BNB staking on its protocol market. Binance Smart Chain facilitates the highly-anticipated integration of smart contracts with Binance Chain making the owners run their own Validator to earn a passive income through staking. The Ankr team released an official Twitter post stating:

According to the report, Ankr is one of the first portals to deploy Validators on the Binance Chain, which has been on the to-do list for many. After the testnet version, Ankr aspires to enable mainnet Binance Smart Chain Validator due to its close collaborations with the leading exchange network. On Binance Smart Chain, the top 21 nodes with the highest stakes will represent the Validator set, withs Ankr being one of them. A parallel blockchain of the present Binance Chain is now available with the launch of Binance Smart Chain, laying the foundation for a dual-chain infrastructure. This is done to restore the high-end performance of the DEX blockchain along with a seamless Smart Contract feature for the users.

The dual-chain system will allow the users to create decentralized apps and digital assets on one blockchain and using the second to enjoy fast trading functionalities on the network. The salient features of the newly-launched Binance Smart Chain include:

  • EVM Compatible
  • Proof of Staked Authority
  • Cross-Chain Transfer
  • Cross-Chain Contract Event (Trade and Transfer)
  • Block time of approximately 5 seconds

The test Validators are the latest products for Ankr users. However, the Binance Chain Full node deployment will be an amazing service for those seeking more data and analytic capabilities. Both the modes will ensure the best-in-class performance and node deployment with a single click on the ‘deploy’ option available on the system.
