Bitcoin Could Have Been Created By Aliens, Tweets Blockstack Co-Founder Muneeb Ali, Retreats Later

In a strange tweet on Friday, Blockstack Co-Founder and CEO, Muneeb Ali tweeted that Satoshi Nakamoto, the celebrated creator of Bitcoin, could be an Alien if Area 51 is real. The tweet was in reference to a new documentary to be aired on Netflix called ‘Bob Lazar: Area 51 & Flying Saucers”.

However, just a few hours later, Ali seems to have deleted the tweet, as it longer appears on his account. Bob Lazar

an American businessman who claimed to have worked on reverse engineering extra-terrestrial technology at a site called S-4 near the Area 51 Groom Lake operating location.

There have always been strong rumors of Area 51 engaged in highly classified activities related to Aliens and UFOs. Some reports online also claim that there was an actual alien, not known whether dead or alive, captured by the secret services, and was researched at Area 51.

There’s one similarity between aliens and Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto. Several people have claimed to see aliens, while many have claimed to be Nakamoto. But in reality, neither of the claimants have any proofs, and in the latter’s case, almost everyone is a fraud. Maybe Muneeb was just joking, but there’s still no concrete evidence as to who created Bitcoin.

However, there’s one interesting point to note. Nakamoto introduced the world’s first cryptocurrency on 3rd January 2009. The interesting thing is that in 2008 and throughout 2009, there were multiple UFO sightings in the Americas, which could just be a coincidence. But just imagine, if you have created something which has completely revolutionized the world, why would you run away from the credit and fame? It sounds like Graham Bell, Thomas Edison, and Isaac Newton not claiming to be the pioneers of the telephone, electric bulb and the law of motion respectively.

There are arguments on the internet that Nakamoto remained anonymous because

in order to avoid the possibility of him becoming the de facto leader of the system and, thereby, having people place their trust in him as the creator as opposed to the ledger.

However, for a mortal human being in the world filled with fierce competition and greed, it seems too saintly to avoid such humongous fame, which dozens of already famous people like Craig Wright are fighting to claim.

Secondly, there are arguments that Nakamoto remained anonymous to avoid the attention of the authorities.  A report claims that he/she could have feared to be treated like Hawaii based Bernard Von NotHaus, the infamous creator of an alternate currency called ‘Liberty Dollar’ in 1997. After blooming for some time, the currency’s operations were raided by the US secret service authorities in 2007, bringing a sad end to it. Also, NotHaus was accused and found guilty for the following charges:

…private coin or currency systems to compete with the official coinage and currency of the United States.

Another similar instances are cited to support the arguments, and all of these instances happened in the US. Nakamoto is anonymous, and there’s no evidence if he was an American or was in America. If it wasn’t, then there was no point in hiding for this reason. This argument also falls flat because many other digital currencies were launched within the US after the creation of Bitcoin like Ethereum, and touch-wood, they are still alive and kicking.

It can’t be said that Nakamoto was an alien definitely, but there is a possibility for sure. And if Area 51 exists, if extra-terrestrial beings entered the United States, and if the US Secret Services have found one chap from the skies and are researching on it, then who can deny the possibility of Nakamoto being an alien?
