The initial period of both the coins was non- performing. Litecoin faced its lowest point on 20th January at 30.11 USD whereas Bitcoin has its lowest point on 07th February at 3410.10 USD. The April boom pushed Litecoin to gain 52.08% over 5 days, followed by a fall of 25.69% in the next 23 days. Bitcoin got a hike of 32.83% at the onset of April boom.
Between 29th April and 15th May, Litecoin gained 52.16%. It ultimately helped the coin to go beyond 100 USD. Bitcoin in almost the same period got 57.84% hike, and this hike helped BTC to go beyond 8000 USD. The final hike for Litecoin was between 4th June and 22nd June of 38.32%. And Bitcoin has got valued 47.65% more on 25th June than its value on 09th June.
