BitMEX Users Can Now Access Aluna Social

BitMEX Integration With Aluna

The much-awaited BitMEX Integration with Aluna is now live. Aluna Social, a social network, which offers multi-exchange support for crypto traders, announced the highly-anticipated coalition with BitMEX today.

The all-in-one crypto trading terminal, Aluna Social, is all set to provide a bigger and much better experience for crypto traders. While the BitMEX integration is now live, it is still in the read-only phase. Nevertheless, the move was aimed to provide a seamless trading experience on the crypto trading terminal.

While this move comes as a no surprise as Aluna Social had previously hinted towards the alliance with BitMEX in December last year. In fact, the social trading platform had speculated Copy-Trading and Counter-Trading, Custom Chart Layouts, among others, alongside BitMEX integration.

The collaboration of BitMEX with Aluna will enable the users of the former to connect their BitMEX API key (read-only) to Aluna. And thus, the BitMEX users would be able to access the portfolio management tools and multi-exchange API trading support features of the Aluna Social platform.

While the BitMEX integration came into fruition today, there’s more good news for BitMEX Research, as HDR joins forces with OKCoin.

HDR Global Trading Limited, which owns and operates BitMEX and BMEX, joins forces with OKCoin. This collaboration will help provide the Bitcoin Developer Grant, which is a US$150,000 12-month grant aimed to financially support the work of Amiti Uttarwar, a Bitcoin Core Contributor and Developer.

OkCoin has identified and appreciated Amiti’s work in the past. This ‘Bitcoin Developer Grant’ is based on the open-source template grant contract of HDR Global Trading Limited. OKCoin is also contributing as HDR Global Trading Limited had independently appreciated Amiti’s work, claiming it to be vital for the progressive development of the Bitcoin network.

HDR has always been a keen supporter of Bitcoin Development. Recently, the company had announced to offer financial support for Bitcoin Core maintainer Michael Ford and Bitcoin developer and researcher Gleb Naumenko. And now, HDR’s collaboration with OKCoin reflects their joint commitment towards Bitcoin development.
