BitTorrent Live (BLive) Opens Access for Public Beta Testing
BitTorrent, a forerunner in peer to peer technology is all set to commence its new live streaming service BitTorrent Live (BLive).
BLive is a unique, innovative app with many astonishing features. It is equipped with social networking platforms, instant messaging features, plus it has an awesome feature that will facilitate the users to send virtual gifs in the form of cryptocurrencies.
BitTorrent will allow its users to generate live videos and connect with likeminded people integrating Blockchain technology.
The company intends to stride further by promoting the app on various app stores, making it available for Beta testing for the public. The company is optimistic that open access to the users to test the app will fascinate the users with its features.
Incorporation of Blockchain Technology – Unique Feature
BitTorrent claims that this app is a very first initiative in the industry, which units blockchain technology with BitTorrent Protocol. The customers will be able to reward creators with Blockchain tokens BTT and TRX.
Elaborating more about its modus operandi, the company spokesperson explained that BitTorrent Live would be using server-based mechanism at the beginning, which will eventually be substituted by the P2P based live media-based streaming.
This is the third attempt in line with live streaming services testing.
