Enterprise blockchain solutions company Blockchain Technology Partners (BTP) announced on Tuesday that it has joined the InterWork Alliance as a founding member. Launched yesterday itself, InterWork Alliance (IWA) is a new age non-profit organization dedicated to creating a formidable framework needed to encourage innovation across token-based ecosystems.
Commenting on the launch, BTP Co-founder and CEO Duncan Johnson-Watt said that the industry can realize the benefits of token-based business models only if they collaborate and agree on a common approach for building and expanding ecosystems. Duncan added,
Apart from BTP, other founding members of IWA include Amberdata, Calastone, Chainlink, DEKRA, DLA Piper, The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), Envision Blockchain, HACERA, Hedera Hashgraph, IBM, ING, Nasdaq, R3, Tokensoft, UBS and Web3 Labs.
