CEO of Tron Celebrates BTT; USDT Success With a Surprising Giveaway that Includes a Tesla
What can be termed as absolutely fascinating news, Justin Sun, the CEO of Tron, has recently announced a giveaway that has created a right buzz in the community of crypto enthusiasts. Justin’s announcement says he will be putting out 20 million dollars as free cash airdrop where one lucky follower would also become a proud owner of the Tesla car. All of this is being done to mark the success of Tron’s BTT or BitTorrent as well as the inclusion of USDT that’s planned to take place soon in the current year.

We must note here that Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, is yet to include bitcoin as a formal method of payment but Justin’s giveaway has hit all the right chord with both the crypto and Tesla followers.
In order to curb any potential confusion that the announcement was just another digital currency scam on the microblogging site, Justin preferred to follow it up with another tweet that acted as a confirmation. His 2nd tweet affirmed that the previous one was not a hack, stating further, “a Tesla would be on its way to a lucky winner.” However, he chose to not reveal any details about the model he would be giving away.
Tron had reached all the milestones it had set out to achieve for 2018.

Ever since the announcement has been made, people can’t stop wondering whether it is being done to grab the attention of Musk or to boost his curiosity about digital currency. Earlier, Changpeng Zhao, the Binance chief, had also done the same by replying to one of Musk’s older tweets where he had expressed his interest in building a site wherein journalists, publications and news articles would be receiving credibility scores. To this, the Binance chief had replied stating he would be glad to contribute a little investment in the form of BNB.
The Tesla CEO in his previous interactions has stated how he thinks BTC to be brilliant and it exceeds the paper money. Although he has still stayed away from participating in the BTC’s Lightning Torch relay in spite of crypto community’s consistent efforts of transacting with him.
Earlier in the year, Justin had captivated the entire crypto community by sharing with them his 2019 goals which also included getting Tron in the list of top 4 digital currencies. Currently, TRX stands at the 10th spot in the CoinMarketCap rankings. However, in his recent interview, Justin has said that he is more focussed on business development activities, technologies, and all the interesting things that are presently happening at Tron.
