Cryptocurrencies See Ray of Hope as Value Spikes

Cryptocurrency coins are still staggering from the effects of the Crypto Winter. However, they saw a ray of hope with the values of the token go up. For instance, the largest of the lot Bitcoin or BTC is hovering over $4,000 mark.

Initially, it was hovering over between $4,031 and $4,082. It was hovering around $4,059 at press time, which is up by 0.62% on the day. In a news report, Binance, the renowned cryptocurrency exchange declared that its new service Binance Lite will allow its Australian customers to purchase Bitcoin with fiat currency, which will be supported by newsagents.

It must be noted that Ripple was not far behind and is trading at $0.318, which was a slight growth during the day by 1.10%. The coin began the day at $0.314 and reached $0.319.

The trends are the same for the second largest Crypto-Ethereum too. It has been trading at $139.88, a gain of 0.19 percent on the day at press time. Today, the altcoin dipped at its lowest price point in the week at $139.15, this followed after an intraweek high of $144.43 on March 16. Meanwhile, Stellar Lumens, which was a recent addition to the US-based cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase is trading around $0.1138 at press time. However, the altcoin has dropped by 1.79 percent of the day. On the health scale, which has been recently used by CoinMarketCap, XLM is stable at 725 points at press time. Binance Coin, on the other hand, is said to have lost around 0.70% over the past 24 hours. It is trading at $15.53 at press time.

Binance Launchpad, which is Binance’s very own platform, accomplished a $4 million sale of Celer Network Tokens (CELR). It is said that the token sale was concluded in 17 minutes and 35 seconds. It has also been reported that 597,014,925 CELR tokens sold in a single session.

According to reports, the total market capitalization covering all cryptocurrencies is currently approx $140 billion, down by close to $1 billion from its weekly high of $141.5 billion. The light is shining bright and high on Palladium too, which is said to have reached over $1,600 for the first time ever. However, the value dipped at press time when it is trading at $1,579. Platinum reportedly rose by around 3%. It is said to be trading at around $852.9 at press time.
