DeFi protocol Clearpool launches institutional grade DeFi

Clearpool has stepped up and introduced Clearpool Prime after carefully considering the pressing need for a flexible and long-lasting digital asset credit framework. This procedure will also be accountable for ensuring general transparency. A user can connect to the largest KYC and AML accommodating network in the world using Clearpool Prime, a non-custodial and institutional-grade marketplace, to actively participate in the extensive activity of borrowing and lending digital assets.

This adds to the already impressive list of accomplishments for the Clearpool product ecosystem. It has been properly built on the basis of the first permission pool, which was actually supplied the previous year. Along with BlockTower, Jane Street also participated in the project. According to the plans in place, Clearpool Prime will be supplied exclusively on Polygon, a layer 2 blockchain that is highly sought-after and was created as a substantial response to Ethereum’s upgradability factors.

Robert Alcorn, the CEO of Clearpool, claims that the entity’s KYB and AML capabilities, as well as their adaptive connectivity to deep liquidity, financially sustainable pricing, and, most importantly, a reduced contract risk factor, are what institutions are most attracted to. Jacob Kronbichler, the COO of Clearpool, believes that the enormous popularity of Clearpool actually results from the fact that certain institutions are reluctant to do risk assessments in the already fragmented system. Additionally, from his point of view, Prime is very well-liked by fintech companies that actively provide loan solutions to the TradeFi market.

Where Clearpool Prime is concerned, all of the counterparties, in terms of both borrowers and lenders, go through the process of a healthy Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) and give it the respect it deserves. In the case of borrowers, they find themselves in the position of delivering pools, which come with specific terms and conditions. Lenders are given the ability to get appropriately connected to yield options among an advanced level of institutional counterparties. All of this, in addition, happens in a safe and accommodating atmosphere.

Where the entity Clearpool is concerned, it is a decentralized credit marketplace pioneer. In this scenario, all of the connected institutional borrowers can create single-borrower liquidity pools and participate in uncollateralized liquidity directly from the DeFi ecosystem.
