Prior to this announcement, Coinut Exchange surprised its user base by sharing its decision to deduct the transaction fees on Litecoin by 90%. As per the trading platform, reducing the transaction fees can have a significant impact on the adoption of the Litecoin cryptocurrency as a payment option. Thanking its Litecoin team, the exchange also indicated their possible move to lower the Litecoin withdrawal fees accordingly in the same announcement which they eventually announced later on in the day.
