The 9th FinTech & 8th InsurTech Digital Congress will be held on 18-19 March 2021 in an online form on a dedicated platform.
During the spring edition of the event, the group of speakers will continue the discussion on the most important content for the development of the financial market, the insurance business, and the development of the Polish economy.
The congress will launch a discussion on the perspective in which the fintech and insurtech industries will function until 2030. The keynote that will accompany the FinTech & InsurTech Digital Congress is Create Value in the fintech industry. Experts will answer the questions on how to evaluate value, how to build this value in business, will embedded finance become a new evolution, and will combining traditional financial services with other non-financial services become a new way to attract more customers? Banking-as-a-service, a new trend aimed at digital customers, will also be analyzed. Issues related to partnerships and opportunities for cooperation with Big-Techs, and their role in the financial ecosystem will be discussed. During inspiring debates and cases, experts and practitioners will present how technology affects business and where to use it to adjust to business realities in the new reality.
The following thematic blocks will be devoted to the payment technology, dynamic growth of electronic payments, increasing competitiveness, and innovation in the financial sector and the analysis of current trends, market processes, and business challenges. There will also be topics related to the technological support in running a business for SMEs as well as what the evolution of the loan industry will be and what its next step will be in the new market realities.
The second day of the congress will be a continuation of topics related to business trends, and value building. This time, the experts will start with Customer Value and deal with the issue of process automation, and the transformation of the organization intro a pro-customer one.
Experts will discuss the digital step into the future of the insurance industry and try to answer the question on how digital acceleration, and changes in processes have affected the industry. They will explore embedded insurance and examples of business models with fintech solutions. There will also be telemedicine topics important in the current reality, related to innovation, automation, and development of telemedicine technologies, as well as diagnostics, which increases our safety.
Part of the discussion will be devoted to the topic of open banking in the context of a broader look at the future of the financial services sector, and HR issues during and after the pandemic, as well as the new challenges forced on us by working online. There will also be a topic related to Venture Capital and what is worth investing in, and whether offensive scaling is still the leading vision of most technology companies.
