IOST Finds New Partner Node In HashQuark, New Users To Join The Platform

After conquering the corporate sector, blockchain technology is now moving towards mass adoption, which would change people to use technology completely. The blockchain space is expected to grow rapidly, and adoption by general users will be a big factor for expansion.

To capitalize on the underserved general blockchain utility market, several blockchain platforms have emerged, making the innovative tech more accessible to common users. Facebook is a good example, which is introducing its cryptocurrency focused at cross-border transactions. This would allow common users of Facebook, the majority of whom are not familiar with DLT, get a glimpse of the blockchain and crypto world.

One such platform, which came into existence with the sole motto of introducing blockchain for mass adoption, is IOST. It is a decentralized platform based on the next generation Proof-of-Believability algorithm, focused mainly on pushing blockchain adoption among the masses.

IOST was launched earlier this year, and the platform has already tasted success as dapp.com listed it on the website, and also gave IOST a separate section to make developers more visible.

In another major achievement, IOST has roped in HashQuark as its Partner Node. HashQuark is a staking service platform, focused on creating a safe, efficient, stable and blockchain environment. IOST made the announcement via its Twitter account.

Along with the tweet, IOST foundation also shared a blog on medium.com. As per the article,

“HashQuark’s being one of IOST’s Partner Nodes heralds its continued efforts in building up a more enabling IOST ecosystem, where a lot more validators will be joining in as an integral part and work collaboratively for its further development. Likewise, a better developed IOST community will, in turn, lead to an even stronger presence of HashQuark in the world of blockchain, both inside and outside China.”

HashQuark has been continuously getting connected with various blockchain platforms including Cosmos, IRISnet, V SYSTEMS, CyberMiles, Cybex, and VeChain. As per an article, HashQuark stated,

“We select public blockchains built upon POS, DPOS, and other consensus mechanisms. We provide 24/7 hours protection, and staking efficiency is maximized by our professional teams. Safety and efficiency are our ultimate pursuits, and HashQuark is committed to being the benchmark for blockchain industry of new generations.”

Blockchain space has a serious dearth of platforms is creating DLT based solutions for general masses. Majority of the products are already available are either too complicated to understand or difficult to use for a common person. This has made people refrain from using decentralized applications, keeping the adoption dream at bay.

This complexity is what IOST aims to simplify and offer to customers. IOST Foundation further added,

“IOST will achieve scalability and high TPS through POB consensus algorithm and the design of the second-tier scaling scheme. Through developing an effective community-owned network, it provides a platform for third-party developers, creators, and enterprises to realize greater value.”

Platforms like IOST and VeChain, another blockchain adoption focused platform launched earlier this year, are need of the hour. Traditional blockchain companies haven’t been successful in bringing laymen into DLT game, but the newer platforms could just do that.
