John McAfee Posts Pics of His Time in Detention by Dominican Republic Armed Forces
It seems that the famous crypto promoter and computer scientist John McAfee had a good time in prison after he was reportedly detained by the Dominican Republic Armed Forces. The anti-virus software pioneer posted a few pictures from his confinement cell and apparently seemed to be happy.

McAfee has been a crypto supporter for a very long time, even after regulators worldwide started to tighten their grips on the industry. He has been at the opposition of authorities since a very long time and is on the run since 2012 after been accused of murder in Belize, a charge he has denied.
After posting pictures with guns, McAfee tweeted that he was allegedly hunted by the CIA, who came to ‘collect’ him. Since then, he had been on his yacht and went missing a few days ago.
The CIA has attempted to collect us. We are at sea now and will report more soon. I will continue to be dark for the next few days.
After following his escape in the yacht, McAfee, his wife Janice, and his crew went missing for almost four days, as informed by his close aide and campaign manager Rob Loggia-Ramirez. He was released from detention by the DRAF after a tweet from Rob via McAfee’s account said if he is not released soon, the data McAfee has hidden, would be released all over the world.
Nonetheless, after he was released, McAfee himself tweeted pictures with the DRAF officials and said they “were friendly and helpful. In spite of the helpful circumstances, we’ve decided to move on.” He further tweeted that he was jailed for just an hour during detention, and also stated that the authorities doubted whether he was John McAfee or not.
I was jailed, with @theemrsmcafee and our crew, for all but 1 hour of our visit to the D.R. The story is too complex to quickly tell, but in a nutshell, the Authorities deeply suspected that I was actually John McAfee.
