Klever Raises $1.5 Million in KLV In-App Offering on TronWallet

Prominent crypto wallet on the TRON network, TronWallet announced on Monday that it has successfully concluded its in-app sale of the KLV token. Klever, the transformed platform of the wallet, managed to raise more than $1.54 million in P2P crowdfunding via the in-app offering.

The in-app offering was offered via the TronWallet Swap tool days ahead of the launch of Klever. The offering, which began on August 20 and ended on August 24, allowed TronWallet users to purchase the KLV token using BTC, TRX, ETH, and USDT. Out of the total 1.2 billion KLV tokens, about 300 million were made available for sale in the in-app offering.

In the Twitter thread, TronWallet informed that it had crossed over 700,000 users with more than 240,000 daily active users (DAUs), operating in at least 193 countries. It also added that the daily volume from DeFi operations has increased from $10,000 to $500,000 since the announcement of Klever on July 1.

TRON co-founder and CEO, Justin Sun, tweeted to inform that the Android Beta version of the Klever is now live, and available for download from the Klever.io website.

TronWallet currently holds the top spot in the mobile payments’ category on the Google Play Store in more than 22 countries. The platform announced in July that they will undergo a transformation and will be christened Klever. Klever, on the other hand, will mark the beginning of a new ecosystem in the TRON network, with its own wallet, exchange, operating system, and even a blockchain lab.
