According to the latest reports, Litecoin or LTC has now become an official digital currency of the renowned football team of America called the Miami Dolphins. The official announcement was done through Litecoin Foundation’s press release dated 12th July 2019. As noted in the press release, this unique collaboration builds a strong alignment between one of the most known sports brands across the world and Litecoin.

That’s not all. Litecoin and the prestigious football team have partnered with the cryptocurrency merchant services as well as payments processing company named Aliant Payments. This partnership will enable people to purchase Miami Dolphins’ forthcoming 50/50 raffle tickets through both LTC and BTC (Bitcoin). It was also revealed that 50 percent of the proceeds would be beneficial to the team’s Foundation and their charitable causes.

Anyone wanting buy these tickets can purchase it online or at the 14 kiosk and raffle sellers all over the Hard Rock Stadium.

The collaboration will also provide Litecoin with the opportunity to carry out in-game advertising and branding activities at the Stadium.
