Merit Circle Partners With Tatsumeeko, an MMORPG-Lite

Merit Circle has partnered with Tatsumeeko by investing $200,000, effectively opening the gates of Tatsumeeko to the world of Web3. Tatsumeeko is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game that has been designed to be played mainly on Discord, and it, however, does integrate different mobile communities. The game can be played on iOS, Android, Discord, Web, or other supported chat platforms.

Players go through a storyline that starts with players waking up in a mysterious land of Steyria and then making their way across the land while battling evil bent on destroying Ielia. They are tasked with building a team of characters and exploring the magical land.

The game includes daily quests distributed through content passes. Players must complete these quests to unlock new cosmetics, gear, skin, and ear $IGN.

$IGN is a token that runs the economy of the game. Tatsumeeko is a dual token-based game, with another token being $MKLN. The model has been successful so far, with challenges being tackled by ensuring longevity and sustainability.

The currency token helps the holder to govern Pets, Personal Dimension Development, Minions, and Cosmetics. The tokens are awarded to players after completing the daily quest, and players who acquire a content pass or compete in PvP also stand eligible to hold the governance token.

Daily Quests are initially easier to complete. As players proceed in the storyline, the difficulty level increases and the time to complete the task becomes longer.

World Difficulty Modifiers is an exclusive feature of the game that makes it mandatory for players to collaborate and spend their tokens in the secondary market. Only through these two elements can players proceed in the game when World Difficulty Modifiers are enabled.
