Microsoft Adds Support for Lition in the Azure BaaS Ecosystem

Working as a leading blockchain-supported solution focused towards enterprises and regulated markets, Lition has announced the news about its integration as a blockchain-as-a-service (BaaS) provider on Microsoft’s cloud computing service, Azure. The recent collaboration between the two leading entities, Microsoft and Lition, has made the latter shine as one of the few public/private blockchains supported by a renowned cloud provider.

Microsoft takes pride in being the pioneer firm that has infused the excellence of blockchain technology in the cloud services arena. The world-class firm has been at the forefront in promoting blockchain adoption across the globe.

According to the reports, Azure will play a key role in exposing the Lition community to one of the biggest marketspaces and client network in the blockchain industry. It will aid Lition in gaining additional traction and usage by popularizing it in the industrial domain. The business entities and organizations from around the world will now be able to create, test, manage and deploy Lition sidechains and applications seamlessly and hassle-freely on Azure’s cloud computing infrastructure.

“Lition is committed to providing an accessible onramp to blockchain for all organizations. We believe that making integration as seamless as possible is vital to bridging the gap to adoption. Azure will be a tremendous asset to our customers. We are excited to bring Lition to their marketplace and show people just how easy it is to put blockchain to work for their business,” stated Dr. Richard Lohwasser, CEO of Lition.

Apart from this, Lition users will also have access to the quick and efficient interface for deployment and management of operations. The preconfigured settings on the Azure network help the users to deploy sidechains as well as allow them to join the team as a validator in just a few simple steps. The streamlined mechanism abolishes the need for setting up local servers and manually installing nodes.

Microsoft backed Azure cloud services platform has entered into several strategic partnerships in recent times to strengthen its network capacities. Recently, LucidLink, a highly acclaimed cloud file service solution, announced that its Filespace cloud-native file system had integrated Microsoft Azure Blob storage. The collaboration aims to provide data access to any cloud service provider in a convenient manner.
