Opera Software Comes With Opera Touch

As per the recent announcement made by Opera Software, the company is coming with a new browser having a built-in crypto wallet. This crypto-based browser will be called Opera Touch. The company would soon make it available for iOS users. The new browser is not yet into the market for the use of the general public. The company is currently testing its unique offering and looking for more users to test it. It is an iOS browser which is built exclusively to interact with so-called “web 3.0”.

The browser focuses on P2P and decentralized application. Users who are interested in this new browser can sign up on the Opera website, and the company will inform them as soon as the new browser is available for testing. Opera Touch is also available without the facility of Crypto Wallet and is ready for the user; however, Crypto wallet installed version is yet to come. Plus, one more thing to know is that the company had already launched the Android version last year in December.

The company claims that it has decided to add a crypto wallet to the browser on demand. The wallet runs on Ethereum blockchain and apparently on the demand of the Ethereum users, the company has decided to add this new feature.

While talking about the installation of a crypto factor on the browser, the company said that one of the issues faced by the crypto world is the slow process people have to go through while obtaining cryptocurrencies. In order to solve this issue, the company has joined hands with one online brokerage company named Safello. This association would allow users in Scandinavian regions in an easy purchase and sell of crypto by using fiat currency.

When this feature would be available for the rest of the world is not known yet. Users facing issues in obtaining crypto are at present forced to install separate wallets. The company wants to leverage this exact gap. And the next step for the company would be to come up with a relevant dapps for its community members.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 has a cryptocurrency wallet (in-built), and it backs dapps. On the other hand, Pundi X, and HTC are also said to be on the list of introducing something similar.
