Poloniex launches the lowest futures trading fees in the industry

Global cryptocurrency exchange Poloniex has optimized the payment system for USDT-collateralized perpetual contracts to give buyers the lowest fees available.

As of today, all customers who trade USDT-collateralized perpetual contracts on Poloniex will pay Maker and Taker fees of 0.01% and 0.04%, respectively, regardless of transaction volume. Between November 11 and November 24, 2022, the VIP criteria were also lowered by up to 50%. (UTC).

As on November 24, a new futures dealer payment structure will also be implemented to eliminate gaps between various VIP levels. Based on their status, VIPs receive additional discounts and benefits. The new payout structure will decrease the requirements for hitting particular ranges to foster a more equitable trading environment. In addition to reducing payment fees, Poloniex also launched a temporary “VIP Challenge” to reward consumers by giving them access to trading on perpetual contracts with VIP criteria reduced by half.

The system automatically estimates a dealer’s trading volume for perpetual contracts during the final 30 days of the problem to provide the relevant VIP levels and fees once the dealer signs up for it.

Each first 500 participants will receive a 5 USDT prize, regardless of how much they trade. There will be one more prize of 20 USD for those who trade for less than 3,000 USD. Customers are invited to sign up for the challenge as soon as possible to benefit from these benefits and a chance to move up to the next VIP level for trading perpetual contracts at Poloniex. The challenge still has 13 days to go.

Poloniex may additionally roll out a “VIP+1” marketing campaign in addition to the Poloniex futures restructuring payment and trading issue. Customers’ VIP degrees from other exchanges are carried over to the next level on Poloniex. For instance, Poloniex offers VIP2 standing as an alternative if a user qualifies for VIP1 on another site.
