Saga users can now claim Claynosaurz: The Call of Saga

Solana Mobile, a new entrant in the mobile segment, has announced the launch of Claynosaurz: The Call of Saga. The NFT collection comes with two new species of characters, namely Para and Spino. These will be in batches of 1,000 units each, bringing the total to 2,000.

Saga users can mint any of the 2,000 NFTs on a first-come, first-served basis. It will be limited to the number of supplies that last. The benefit extends to the holder of the Saga Genesis token, for they will be eligible to mint 15 days after they mint the genesis token.

Solana Mobile used an official Twitter handle to announce the partnership with Claynosaurz. The announcement further states that users can mint any one of the two species during the time window. It is scheduled to be announced in the coming days through a notification on the device. Users can turn on the notification feature in the dApp store to get the timeline.

Solana Mobile is currently up for grabs, provided customers complete the pre-order information. Alternatively, customers can choose to sign up for the waitlist for public orders that go live on May 8, 2023.

The partnership between Saga and Claynosaurz comes less than a week after Solana announced its crypto-focused Saga mobile. This only goes on to showcase the commitment to ensuring the launch is loaded with Web3 features and all the possible support for cryptocurrency.

For instance, Solana Mobile is eliminating the manual need to store private keys. Users can instead rely on Solana Mobile to securely store the private key for usage in any decentralized application that is available in the dApp store. Solana Mobile costs around $1,000, with shipping fees being an additional charge depending on where it has to be delivered.

One can presume that Claynosaurz chose Solana Mobile for all the right reasons. The smartphone has 512 GB of storage and an Android operating system. The 50 + 12 megapixels of the two cameras on the back provide excellent photo and video capture. The OLED screen measures 6.67 inches and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. The fingerprint scanner that customers can use to sign a transaction adds attention to this set of features.

A set of “employees’ have expressed their doubts about Solana Mobile, stating that it heavily depends on the digital industry. Meaning, a slight downfall in the crypto industry could have a huge impact on the overall sales of the crypto-focused mobile phone. True, when one considers how frequently digital assets are being traded and how many users have been in the industry for a long time. However, it appears that partnerships, like the one with Claynosaurz, are only attempting to push the boundary in Web3.

The users can mint the two species of Claynosaurz on an FCFS basis until supplies last. The minting window will be conveyed at the earliest through an official notification on Solana Mobile.
