Unstoppable launches .binanceUS domain as they add network support
A total of three ventures have entered into a collaboration with the common intent of passing on the benefit to the Web3 community. Binance.US, for example, has added support for Unstoppable Domains, enabling users to send and withdraw their holdings via Binance.US for any Unstoppable digital identity. Another objective of the collaboration is to make way for .binanceUS domains.
These are set to replace the long random numbers and alphabets with simple addresses. Holders of the .binanceUS domain will no longer have to remember tedious traditional addresses when sending and/or receiving digital tokens. A definite launch date for the domain is unavailable; however, the Binance community can be assured that it will soon be available.
Until then, members of the Binance Web3 community can register to be on the waitlist. One of the best crypto exchanges in USA, Binance.US, will take care of and keep the domains. Domains will be minted on the Polygon network with the benefit of zero renewal fees and zero gas fees.
Unstoppable Domains has previously introduced a set of domains including, but not limited to, .nft, .crypto, and .x. The aim has always been to make the experience as simple as possible for the Web3 community. Customized domains are indeed entering the market to ensure that traditional addresses become outdated and there is no need to remember them.
Binance.US app will begin by making premium 2-digit and 2-letter domains available on the platform. Users can alternatively search for their preferred domains, lock them, and start using them.
Nandini Maheshwari from Binance.US has said they are thrilled to partner with Polygon and Unstoppable, further underlining the objective by saying that they would simplify the experience for the community while enabling them to own the digital identities. The Vice President of Binance.US has also highlighted that the core mission of Binance remains to increase accessibility to Web3 by providing a safe and secure ecosystem.
.binanceUS domains will be exclusively available on the native platform of the crypto exchange. Established in 2017, the platform has made a name for itself globally with a long list of features like Mobile Trading, eWallet, and Trading Accounts. The Web3 domain will follow in the footsteps of other domains that Unstoppable has supported. It will also be minted on Polygon to offer the community revised and enhanced digital identities.
Sandy Carter, the Head of Business Development and Chief Operating Officer at Unstoppable, has appreciated the .binanceus domain, saying that it brings together the strength of the BinanceUS community, the power of Unstoppable digital identity, and the scalability of the Polygon Network.
The BinanceUS community will need to purchase domains before they can use them to send and receive more than 300 different types of cryptocurrencies.
