WINk Becomes First dApp, Based on TRON Network to Launch Token on Binance Launchpad

TRON based dApp, WINk is all set to launch its WIN token via Binance Launchpad. Interestingly, WINk, which was the first dApp to be launched on the TRON Ecosystem, has also become the first dApp based on TRON to launch its token on Binance Chain.

The WIN token will be made available through a lottery system, by recording user BNB balances from July 24 to July 30. Snapshots of user balances will be taken at midnight of each day till the lottery is open. However, users must note that balances in the Binance Margin trading accounts will not be counted. Also, based on their daily average, users will only be able to claim a maximum of 25 lottery tickets only.

On Binance Research, Binance Chain’s research and analysis arm, the company stated about WINk,

“WINk aims to build on its market position as a leading blockchain gaming platform through the consistent introduction of high-quality dApps. This will be accomplished by leveraging the WINk team’s experience for game/ecosystem design and by enabling other development teams and users to guide the growth and direction of the platform through a unique governance mechanism.”

WINk is the world’s largest dApp in terms of user base and transaction volumes. The dApp has a reward mechanism called WinDrop, which rewards users to hodl the WIN token. The dApp’s native token, WIN, is built on the TRC-20 protocol of the TRON Ecosystem, which encourages active user and developer participation, by incentivizing them.

Binance also informed that users from a few countries will not be able to participate in the lottery token sale on Binance Launchpad. These countries are Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Belarus, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cuba, Ivory Coast, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Liberia, Macedonia, Myanmar, Serbia, Sudan, Syria, the US and its territories, and Zimbabwe.
