XRPL Labs Looks to Introduce XRP Payment Plugin in WooCommerce’s Online Stores

When we think about crypto, a few names of companies/coins flashes in our mind- Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and Ripple or XRP. XRP is a product of Ripple Labs Inc. and is a payment settle system which is also a currency exchange. One can not ignore the contribution of this company in the crypto market.

It also provides creative and cost-effective payment solutions for cross-border transactions. It does all these things at a cheaper cost, and it is one of the reasons why xRapid network works successfully.

All is done in crypto and which helps to encourage people to adapt to the new age digital currencies. But, that is not all. The Ripple Labs has decided to allocate its funds to help startups which are working in this sphere. Ripple believes that this initiative would help in increasing its adaptation rate. XRPL Labs is trying to make XRP token mainstream with the help of e-commerce.

With all of its products and services, XRP has managed to come up with a new component to cryptocurrency. Wietse Wind owned XRPL Labs has been given capital for the next couple of years by Ripple. All the team has to do now, is to develop a plugin which will help in connecting WooCommerce and XRP. This fund is open to all to contribute. The XRPL has already received 3,000 XRP which is worth $950.

Around 3.3 million people across the world are using WooCommerce website at the present date.  It is undoubtedly one of the key payment platforms on the web, and it is built in such a way that it works on WordPress too.

Apart from this new idea,  XRPL is working on many projects which are crypto or blockchain related. It holds one decentralized crypto exchange platform along with a mobile wallet. It has created an operating system which backs cold crypto storage. Ripple has one investment arm, which is called as Xpring. This arm has contributed in XRPL bounty; the amount of contribution is not yet revealed. As per the news, Wind’s work’s initiative is attracting enough contribution.
