Get ready for a new blockchain event on the calendar, which is coming this month to Atlanta, Georgia!
The AJC – Atlanta Journal-Constitution, reports an upcoming event on Friday which is the “Atlanta Blockchain Week.” As the event name suggests, it will be covering the latest and upcoming dynamics of blockchain technology and whatever the platform has to offer. The event will be for over a week, which is from 29 September to 7 October as its concluding day.
The website dedicated to the all the matters of Atlanta Blockchain Week, says that the event is a collective work of event which is with the effort and alliance of blockchain community startups and similar organizations.

“Welcome to Wacoinda”
The central ambiance of the event will be focusing on the “Tech Village” scene which will see to incorporating a wide assortment of outlooks and disciplines that are circulating in this age. The AJC website also commented on this central idea and called the gathering as their “base camp,” but there will be more events taking place at other locations in the town.
Different events are assorted to different venues, so one of the events titled “Welcome to Wacoinda: Love, Collaboration and Blockchain” takes place in the Grant Park, whereas the Ponce City Market will hold the gathering for “Women of Blockchain.” Apart from that, the Monarch Tower on Peachtree Road will be appointed as the place to hold $20 of bitcoin for blockchain class. However, the place appointed for cryptocurrencies developers group is yet to finalize.
Stacey Schneider, Medium contributor, in August commented on the technology-oriented ambiance of Atlanta through the recent years. As a result, it made sense for the blockchain week event to take place somewhere that holds the potential for becoming the upcoming hub, especially when it comes to holding blockchain technology.
Schneider noted that Atlanta had become the “hotspot” for the evolving technological platform of bitcoin in the recent times. The dApp Atlanta Summit will be the one to introduce the start for the Atlanta Blockchain Week starting from the end of this month.
