The Web3 AI Conference community officially announces the upcoming final meeting of 2025 — the «Crypto Yolka». The event is scheduled for December 18th in Nizhny Novgorod, marking the culmination of the annual cycle of events dedicated to advancing the regional platform for experts working with innovative financial instruments and artificial intelligence technologies.

Organizers have confirmed a venue change to significantly increase capacity due to escalating interest from the community. The «Crypto Yolka» serves as the peak of the annual four-part series. This gathering is the central platform for analyzing annual results and facilitating the rapid exchange of applied experience on crucial topics: business process optimization, enhancing IT system cybersecurity, and efficient data management.

The event is a strategic opportunity for professional networking and partnership formation. Over 150 specialists are expected to attend, including startup founders, developers, and investors.

The Web3 AI Conference platform organizes events according to the following annual plan:

Event Timeline Focus
Startup Day March Pitching and preliminary evaluation of new projects.
Web3 AI Conference June The main event is with grant distribution and nominations.
Case Summit September Analysis and exchange of practical experience on current Web3 cases.
«Crypto Yolka» December Year-end summary, trend discussion, and informal networking.

DAO Project Selection Mechanism

A critical component of the Web3 AI Ecosystem is the establishment of a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) to support early-stage ventures. The DAO’s distinct feature is project selection through community voting: grant recipients are determined by the participants. The initial distribution of grants, dedicated to five innovative projects, is scheduled for 2026.

Residency Program and Voting Influence

Organizers invite specialists in the Web3 and AI fields to speak at the event. The Residency Program will be presented in detail at the «Crypto Yolka», offering participants pathways for accelerated growth, intensive experience sharing, and direct influence on projects within the community.

Speakers who achieve Resident Status gain the right to influence community voting when selecting projects for the DAO, along with priority invitations to the main Web3 AI Conference in June and dedicated media support.
